About these terms
These terms govern your use of mysticwarriorastrology.com and the readings and services offered by Neil Martin, trading as Mystic Warrior Astrology. By using this site or booking a reading, you agree to them.
The nature of our services
Evolutionary Astrology readings are offered for reflection, self-understanding and personal growth. They illuminate patterns and possibilities rather than predict fixed outcomes. Your free will and choices remain the deciding factor in your life.
Not a substitute for professional advice
Readings are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as such. If you have concerns in those areas please consult a suitably qualified professional. Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Bookings and payment
Fees are as published on this website and are confirmed with you by email before you book. The full fee is paid in advance. I do not take deposits and there are no additional charges.
Once we have agreed a reading and a time for it, I send you a client intake form by email. It is completed before payment, because I prepare your chart by hand from the birth details you give me.
I then send you a private link to a booking page which states the fee, the length of the session, what you receive afterwards and the cancellation terms that apply. Payment is made from that page, and those terms are the ones we have agreed for that booking.
Payment is taken by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s own secure page, so they never pass through this website and I never see them. Stripe emails you a receipt once the payment clears, and that receipt is your proof of purchase.
All readings are conducted online.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
You can reschedule free of charge by giving at least 48 hours’ notice before the agreed start time, and I will offer you the next times I have available.
If you cancel or reschedule inside 48 hours, or do not attend, the fee is retained.
If I cancel or have to move a session and cannot offer you a time that suits you, you receive a full refund.
Refunds are made through Stripe to the card used for the payment. They usually reach your account within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
If the fee you were quoted does not match the fee shown on the booking page, please write to me before you pay and I will put it right.
Your information
The client intake form asks for your birth details and for whatever context you choose to share. I use it only to prepare for and to hold your session. You do not have to answer every question, and you can leave blank anything you would rather not share. How your information is stored and handled is set out in my privacy policy.
Recordings and materials
Readings are recorded where the service includes a recording. The recording begins only after you have confirmed your consent at the start of the session. If you would rather not be recorded, tell me and we will hold the session without one.
The recording and any written summary are provided for your personal use. Please do not republish or distribute them without permission.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, illustrations and the book “The Sacred Garden”, is the property of Neil Martin and protected by copyright. It may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any decision you make or action you take based on a reading or on content from this site. Services are provided in good faith on an “as is” basis.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
